Proper dietary practices play a crucial role in maintaining good health, and it is essential to spread awareness about them, especially among school-going female students. In view of this scenario, an outreach program for spreading awareness on the importance of proper dietary practices among the school-going female students was conducted at Baranagar Mayapith Nari Siksha Ashrom, Baranagar (School) on 16.09.2022. The program concluded with a summary of the key takeaways from the sessions. Students were encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences related to dietary habits and how they plan to implement the learnings in their daily lives.
