The 2nd meeting of the IQAC, initiated by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Swami Vivekananda University with the below mentioned agendas:

In connection with the above mentioned agenda the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor sir described the composition of the IQAC.
Chairperson: Head of the institution
Teachers to represent all level (Three to eight)
One member from the Management
Few Senior administrative officers
One nominee each from local society, Students and Alumni
One nominee each from Employers / Industrialists / Stakeholders
One of the senior teachers as the coordinator / Director of the IQAC
As per the list suggested the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor sir suggested some names and told the members to finalize the names.
For NAAC the infrastructure need to be more developed and for library the software must be introduced and the data upload
Hon’ble Vice Chancellor sir also appreciate the work of the Department of Agriculture, Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Electrical Engineering.
Other departments also described their previous contribution towards these areas and their future plans
Prof. (Dr.) Deb Narayan Bandyopadhyay told all the HoDs’ to submit the below mentioned details to the committee.
Publication last three years at SVU
Awards Received in the Last Three years.
Whether the department has any Active MoU.
Whether the department has any outreach or Internship Programme, please mention briefly.
Whether the department has applied for any research grants, give details.
Status of PhD degree holders, Pursuing and not pursuing in the Department.
Whether the Department has applied for CSR.
If the department has any research journals.
Whether the department has any proposal (If any mention briefly).
Consultancy (With / Without Honorarium) in the last three Years.
The departments need to submit the above mentioned detail within 22nd of November 2023 and the reports will be discussed on the 3rd preparatory meeting of IQAC.
