The vision of placement cell is to increase the employability skills of our students at institutional and industrial level; to furnish our students with relevant and conceptualized professional skills and guiding them towards the bright future and career all around the globe with values of genuineness, hard work and justice.
Mission
To achieve 100% placement for students through dedication, attitude and complete involvement is our mission. Training and Placement Cell arranges and coordinates various programmes that aim at moulding the students so as to meet the industry expectations in career building and in turn bring laurels to the parent institution. The Training and Placement Cell, guided by a set of rules and principles, strives to maintain good relationship with industries. Preparing the recruitment schedule for the year, inviting corporations for pre-placement talks on the campus followed by final placements, and overseeing the process to its end, is the responsibility of the Training and Placement Cell. The Cell endeavors to carry out successfully all the processes methodically throughout the year.
Objectives
- To provide company specific training in technical and aptitude skills.
- To prepare students for campus recruitment by arranging training in Aptitude tests, Group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
- To provide ample opportunities for placement of students to achieve maximum placements.
- To support our students for attending pool campus / off campus drives and also to keep updating with other job opportunities.
- To extend deserving candidates to have the opportunity to start their career with their preferred company.
- To enter into tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporates for Campus recruitments.

Our goal is to position as many students as possible through company-conducted on-campus and off-campus interviews through training programs like aptitude testing, group talks, mock interviews, etc., we support students with career planning and employment strategies and prepare them for competitive examinations and interviews. We encourage students to pursue higher education in order to sit for competitive examinations like the CAT, GATE, IES, GRE, UPSC, and others. We also encourage them to build soft skills and technical expertise in goal-setting. We bring reputable organizations to the college to organize a campus placement session and prepare the students for the industry recruitment process.
